I REALLY dont recommend the combo (it can cuase priapism -- a painful erection that WILL NOT die), but if you are dead set on it...
1)Don't take the viagra while you are tweaking hard...definitely take it WELL into the comedown.
2)Take as little viagra as possible...I guess 1/4-1/2 pill...again, I still don't think this is safe and if I had a cock I'd sure as hell never wanna risk priapism...but you can decide for yourself.

Man, I don't get it... if you're really that set on getting laid- skip the meth- leaves more for the girls and they will be like an F-14 (tomcat) in bed... priapism just is NOT something I would ever want to risk with my dick.
