I keep having elusive dreams I am committing suicide..?

Yeah, and i can feel the pain and its so painful, i have them most nights....
Last night I had a dream i drank bleach, and it was horrible, i could feel my insides burning and i starrted throwing up all this blood.... I had another that I sprayed air freshner up my nose and i could feel it burning on my brain.....

what does this mean?? ALSO my hair has been falling out... and I haven't left my house in two weeks... I have barley eaten... I am just sitting by myself in the dark with all the blinds closed in the house, I just tuned 16 yesterday....

I feel so alone.....

First things first......do you live with your parents? If so, can you go to them & ask for help as far as your hair falling out & it seems you are depressed for whatever reason?

As for the dreams, we dont know much about you to advise on why you are having these dreams. Only thing I can think of is you are very depressed & that is why you are having these dreams, if the depression is even an issue.
 
Imarose, you sound really depressed hun. A week ago I was having suicidal thoughts after waking but not while asleep. Waking up from those kind of dreams is terrifying though. :(

Is there something occuring in your life at the moment that is causing this hun, or is there no seeming reason that you can think of, does your Birthday remind you of how isolated you feel?

Are you seeking Therapy? Are your parents aware of how you are feeling, could they organise outside help for you?

There are some steps you can take to alleviate the depressive/anxious feelings you're having a little:

1. Eat something nutritious and get some fluids down.
Fruits, Proteins a few Carbs. I understand you probably dont feel like it but it will lift your mood somewhat.
Being hungry/low blood sugar will only add to your low-energy and mood.
Also, perhaps your hair-loss has to do with nutrition as well as/ stress? Its worth going to the Doc to get it checked out; get a blood test to check your horomone levels and tell him about how you have been feeling-its obviously a symptom of something that needs to be checked out further.

Some light Excercise
Pump more Oxygen to the brain and Releasing endorphins. It will help.
I often feel I cant face the outside world but sometimes just going to the shop down the road or being out helps me escape from my own head-even if every bone in my body protests against it. Sometimes I will wait til its dark if I am feeling particularly self-conscious.
