So, I joined and posted on here a couple times and now I realize I did not introduce myself.
Please, forgive my bad manners and let me do so: I`m spanish, middle aged, have been an heroin addict when young and on methadone for many years, decades, don't even feel confortable talking about it nor thinking (kowing) I will be a lifer, but that is the raw true. I tried to taper it off, but allways reach a point where I could not go any further.
I do not do ilegal drugs anymore on a regular basis, aside from some good (and cheap) morrocan hash to help me sleep. Despiste that, I'm disabled from a bad accident and sometimes pain get so bad that I have to... you know, do somethig.
I am not a very active poster beacause I'm not that wise or versed nor have I any scientific background, plus I am kind of shy even on line. Anyway I will do my best to help others if I can, like everybody does (do?) in this fantastic site which has helped me so much.
Just sorry about my English, I'm on a phone too, so please forgive any typos from the fucking Spanish corrector.

I find hash or hash oil helps me sleep. Most all cannabinoids help me drift off... specially when commercials come on. :)
Welcome aboard. Hope you find everyone tolerable... seems a rather calm bunch these days. Maybe this is just a persoective?

How you doing my brother if your stable nothing wrong being on maintenance just like a diabetic with insulin it your medicine . Don't be shy I used to be shy about posting now talk about eating ass more you post easier it becomes

Hi Yubacity, thank you very much.
I have seen some of your posts. You are from Punjab, right?. Have read how you manage opi wds with pregabs, but at the same time you warn about the dangers of this drug on its own, nasty wds for sure. Very useful posts.
I don't know, but I don't like to be on methadone, just can't quit it. I sure feel you about the dabetic/insuline thing, bug I live in fear of somethig happening some day and don,t be able to get it. I'm on a low dose, tho.
I will try to not be shy and post about my ass eating skills, then Lol...

Some of us over here in UK are quite jealous about the great quality hashish you get in Spain. Not me though 'cos I'm very fortunate to have a longtime excellent supplier :) One of the few benefits of getting older I guess

No many really even know what quality hashish is here - it's all about the green. That's why they just send the low quality commercial shit over here I guess. People have no idea what they're missing!

How you doing my brother im born in the west but we are Punjabis . Pregabalin will make it a painless wds no anxiety eat and sleep mild back ache only



symptom and sneezing the only way you know you are withdrawing. But like you mentioned i always warn of jumping addictions that what addicts do and unless you can control it or have someone to hold them and not give in to emotional blackmail some of us use to wear them down don't use them. They are a nightmare i went from heroin to pod addiction to becoming addicted to heroin and pregabalin.

I hope it all goes well for you drop down to as low as you can do and drop slowly more chance of success that way and keep posting this place like talking to a girl once you get past the hurdle it gets easy just like eating ass lol

May I ask you a few questions?: this tree you have as a avatar, is it a rowan?
Is Bulgary as utterly beautiful and naturally wild as Romania? I felt absolutely in love with that never ending carpathian forests.
Wich (what?)mountains do you find to be most natural and not so touristic(sp?), the Stara Planina ( Balkans) or that Pirin and other mountains you have at the greek border?.
Don't know if it is ok to ask this here or if I should make a new post asking...

I know what you mean about them pregabs. I'm prescribed Lyrica for nerve pain but now I avoid taking them if I am not in agony. I didn't know how addictive the bitches were, I was not reading Bluelight then, and I ate them for a solid 8 months, and a low dose, and it was hell stopping, Not a single hour of rest in several weeks, but anxiety was the worse, up there with a bad IV cocaine comedown.

Must look the meaning of rowan.From that fruits(red),mint and valeriana we make med.for high bloodpressure and calmdown nerves.I am a herbalist too so pick up a lot of herbs(and shrooms).Every mountain here is unique and have its own spirit.Carpats in Romania are incredible-Different,wild and full with bears.Pirin here is gorgeous-more of it is made of marble so the mountain shines when the sunrise/sunset hits and you look at it from Rila(another incredible mountain with highest point on Balkans-almost 3000 m.Stara Planina(The Old mountain) or Balkan is place,that i lived by from more,than 10 years.Beautiful,magic place with a lot of ancient settlments of Tracians around.It crosses Bulgaria from West to East till the Black Sea.Love Madrid and Spain man.Torejon-thats where i lived 3 months.Travel for a day to Galicia too(near Lugo) and saw people go on Camino through Pyrineis.Huge beautiful country Spain.Excellent food and people are somehow close to us in good way.....cause we often cruel like beasts.Stay here Senor Moreno I check now the english word for the tree in my avatar.Love

Aaaa.....it's not rowan.Latin name is Crataegus.Don't know the english word,but here in the Balkan this tree is common.And....yes,if you like mountains and wild-here's the place you could feel fine(sea is also good,warm and with very good sands,but Aegean sea is better for me.

I have heard of people who get a pregab wd that lasts weeks read about a high school teacher in the states 10 weeks of wd can't imagine that. I'm lucky my pregab wd lasts about 7 days but those 7 days are a no sleep high anxiety suicidal wd . I have psoriasis but never have an outbreak even during heroin wds but every pregabalin wd it just explodes. Starts off 36 hours in with electrical zaps and the feeling I'm not connected to my body anxiety follows and then just stays at same level for 5 days. But then its like flicking switch it just lifts i remember heroin does nothing for it so i had my wife drive me to get pods from this punjabi shop i walked in feeling shit walked back to car after purchase and it was over.

If you been addicted before it like heroin the addiction come back in days so you should not go down this route . I end up trying to get back on the heroin to get of the pregabalin even though it not help much then the pregabs to get of the heroin like a dog chasing its tail . Wish i never tried them but they are such a miracle drug during Heroin wd that when you going through it and you have thousands of them you cant help doing them to get relief.

Oh, i see, Crataegus monogina. I also don't know its English name.
Yes, I really would live to visit tour country.
