yea the jar broke on the street corner as I was taking the groceries in, so I had shrimp alfredo instead.

as i write this it's morning in CA and the day hasn't really started.
yet i can tell I'm heading towards a bad depression.
it's been a lot.divorce,some AA stuff,my kid has problems etc.

i think i might be stuck in bed for a while now.
