You need to irrigate you nasal passage with warm salt water. Cells are constantly dying and regenerating. So yes, you will heal as long as you don't keep putting abrasive shit up there.

If you have pure ket from a pharmaceutical vial, and you know how to inject something, then yes, I would say IM is the best administration route.
