Stimulants I have some meth, gives me more anxiety than pharma grade meth, can i clean it?

Thats a gram of this crystal i got. I've had pharma grade meth before and it seemed cleaner... there's something about this stuff that gives more anxiety.. wondering if its racemic?

What other actives could be in street meth that could cause more anxiety, and is there a way to wash them out? I read meth won't dissolve in acetone but maybe the other actives can be washed out somehow?
 
I have no experience with Meth but any stimulant can be cut with any other stimulant, or anything else for that matter.

There is no way for any of us to say whats in your Meth.

From what ive read a quick wash with acetone is better than nothing.
 
That stuff doesn't exactly look cut. It's hard to make something into nice crystal pieces like that if you've cut it. It could be cut, of course, but it doesn't look it. Could be traces of ephedrine and the like in it, which could be relevant depending on how badly contaminated it is. I don't think that's what's going on here, though...

Is it possible that you've been using too many stimulants recently? Many people report that frequent stimulant use makes the anxiety and other sideffects worse (even while their tolerance builds and the desirable effects diminish). Also, you compare to pharmaceutical meth, that is, desoxyn. How much desoxyn did you take? Are you comparing it to a larger quantity of meth? By what ROA did you take the meth?

You _could_ try to recrystalize it from some solvent, and you might get cleaner product, though IIRC, meth isn't very cooperative when it comes to making it crystalize (going by documents about meth manufacture going to some length describing how to make it crystalize.) Like I said, though, I don't think that's the problem.
 
We can't really speculate on why what looks to be crystalline, clean meth would be different in chemical composition (if it is the reason for the anxiety).
