Try to use a lower opiate to help you sleep. Do a CWE of codeine and take like 400mg. At least that's 40mg of morphine worth.
If you must, go ahead, but IV'ing an opiate really does increase it's chance to bring back the WD's.
Maybe you could try poppy seeds, they do have limitless potential for getting morphine, as long as you get enough. Poppy seed tea does help.
Or try taking 75mg of loperamide, it might help.
