Click on the 'Forum' tab on the top left of the page, and from there you can browse over the forums and read the descriptions of them to see where it fits. If you still can't decide then you can start your thread in 'Homeless Threads' and a moderator will move it to the proper forum for you.

'Basic Drug Discussion' is probably your best bet in this case. It takes some time before you know your way around here, but after lurking for a while you will see what goes where.
