I have a medical question

Hey peeps, not sure where this question belongs so I thought I'd start here.

I'm allergic to something called cineole. Cineole is found in eucalyptus oil and tea tree and if I use products that contain either I get contact dermatitis.

Cineole is also found in cannabis sativa, wormwood and camphor laurel.

Now if I were to smoke/consume any of the above or anything made from the above would I be likely to have an allergic reaction?

cheers

Sorry mate, but it's impossible for us to help you with this. A doctor wouldn't be able to give you any answer better than his best guess either.

If you always get it when using Eucalypt products, it's probably a good idea to stay away from all cineole containing products IMO.

Maybe you could smoke some bubble hash Instead. I'm NOT a chemist but I would have thought since cineole is insoluble in water that it would not be extracted with bubble bags. Maybe someone will have a better shot at answering that question rather than the OPs.

Missed you Aus DD!!!
