I Have A Dream 4 - Jan.19th 2001- Hammerstein Ballroom (nyc)

hmmmm, im torn. I wanna see craze again, ill definatley be in the city that night. it depends on where in the city ill actualy be, because i might be hitting up a $10 warehouse party in the brooklyn w/ some heads. ive been to concerts at the hammerstein ballroom and im wondering how they will do it for this party. Ed rush n optical is tasty as well. However the warehouse party is calling me cuz its just so cheap and im guareteed to have fun cuz it will not be packed what so ever. Anyway, ill keep you updated. heh and teddy, well cross paths im sure, i looked for you at the asylum a couple weeks ago but didnt see you. peace
 
I know how ya feel, Steve. At one point, I was torn too. I got friendz in Brooklyn and Queens that want me to hit up the same party in Brooklyn....
but then I got my Jersey peeps (my frat brothers and shit) that want me to hit up the party in Manhattan... of course the venue and the lineup were key elements in finalizing my decision. hehe Like you said, Ed Rush? Optical? UK DnB at it's best!!
I was at the Asylum...by the time I got there (like 2:30) the place had cleared. I guess everyone just went for the Midnight Celebration, and then went home to fuck or somethin'....
ShaggE, Don't worry. If the party wasn't gonna happen, we'd all know by now. Stuck on Earth events usually happen.... it's just that when you GET there, the sketch starts....
NCTexan, drivein' up from North Cakalak? hehe That's one hell of a drive, bro! I remember I drove from CT to Charlotte. That was a good 12 hours. We got ourselves some SERIOUS partykidz in here!!.... I gotta meet ya, man!

I guess we're meeting back again at this phat venue "the Hammerstein" I can't wait for this party!! I can't wait to get my party on, my dance on, my drink on, my flirt on with the honeys, etc., etc. You know to wild out with a bunch of party kids like everyone on the board thats going to enjoy that night!!

Oh yes yes. Steve, your ass should hit up this party instead of the warehouse joint. Theres undergrounds all the time in NYC, but I can guarantee you that there won't be a party like IHAD4 for awhile.
Once again, I'm looking foward to this party, I think I'm gonna explode i'm fucking drooling with so much anticipation. I'll be Representing Stamford CT up at this party and I'll be with mad peeps.

Anyone got word on this? I'm flat broke right now, so i don't think im crunching up 50bux for this party, no matter how sweet the lineup!
Butt... i'de Love to get together 10 or 15bux and meet all up with some of ya at the afterparty. I had a DOPE time at the afterparty @ Stereotopia, so i may be up for a little early morning dance! :)
 
does anybody know about tickets...like...can you buy them at the door at any time...but it would probably be better to get them online incase this sells out huh? I know you can buy them online at ticketmaster...but you have to pick them up at the box office an hour before the doors open so thats like what...5 p.m.? any help or info would be appreciated thanks peeps
 
Here is info on buying tix....they can be purchased at any of these locations, tix are $42 if you buy from the stores below, if you buy from Ticketmaster, you get charged more because they charge tax and a convenience charge, it'll prolly be almost $5-$10 more if you go through Ticketmaster

I've been to the Hammerstein for a concert before. A party here should be pretty interesting. Nice place!

I'm afraid to take the initiative to plan a meetup because I've shown up to every one and have yet to meet anyone. ARE YOU ALL AVOIDING ME?!?!? ;)
Ok, here goes:
In the Hammerstein Ballroom (Main Room) there is a small "flight" of stairs (approximately three of them). Walk down them and go all the way to the left, by the wall. There ya go. Meetup is set! We'll set up three times: 11PM, 1PM, 3PM. That should account for everybody who gets there early, leaves early/gets there late, leaves late.

I hope u people actually do meetup cause i would like to say whats up....im used to meetups never happening so.....nywayzzzzzz.....does anybody know if there is a webpage for this party other than this??? like can you see the flyer somewhere?? the nearest ticket vendor is 4 hrs from where i am so im not gonna see the flyer for a while. okie dokie peace!!
 
**SIGH** Sadly enough I will not be in attendence for this party. :( I just dont have any cash, and a night in NY is pretty damn expensive. Oh well, I'm just hoping another party like this will come around soon.
