I would take the two Norco's by themselves. When the peak effects of opiate withdrawal ensue, begin by taking just 0.5 mg clonazepam (that is more than it sounds, esp. if you have no benzo tolerance). You can probably dose 0.5 mg every 12 hours and still get significant relief compared to what would have been without them. I know that doesn't sound like much, but it makes your 2 mg last 2 days, and 1 mg/day is a fairly common starting dose in medicine for the control of anxiety disorders. It may be subtle, but it is very potent in its anxiolytic and muscle-relaxant properties. I'd wait for the worst two days of wd's, so you can spread out the 2 mg over those days and maximize relief. If you were to take 2 mg in one shot, with little or no benzo tolerance, you would likely forget much of what happened a day or two afterwards; that may sound appealing on account of opiate wd's, but trust me it would just be a mess.
Also, get your opiate wd's comfort supply ready - Loperamide (Imodium) is a GREAT over-the-counter comfort drug, and will combat a lot of the physical wd's symptoms (esp. with respect to the bowels). You can take up to 16 mg loperamide daily, as needed, in divided doses of no more than 4 mg at a time, but you may not need that much at all. Also, warm baths/showers help. Masturbation can help, too. Hope this helps some.
BTW - Taking 15 Norco 10/325's daily as you have been can lead to serious liver issues (potentially fatal) due to the large and prolonged intake of the APAP in the Norco (not the hydrocodone itself.) Consider CWE (cold water extraction) methods, if you are going to continue with Norco or any other product containing APAP; CWE's are quite easy - there is much information on them both here on BL and around the web.
