PS - this diphen buzz is extremely pleasant, I feel slightly delerious.

I'm a fan too, but don't go over 250mg because it turns into a whole different feeling and it is Not nice!

I remember hearing voices when I was 13 abusing benadryl, I think around the 250mg mark!

I dosed it at 8:30 pm and didn't fall asleep until 3 am.

Does it normally take that long to take affect (again, at 200 mg I expected it to come on sooner)?

It can cause some pretty bad RLS

I find if u take them and get into bed with the lights off and no tv then they work really fast

Didn’t make me crazy, but the side effects at higher doses sucked so bad I had to stop taking it.
Started with this weird urge to twitch, like an anxiety of some kind but with my body not my mind. My arms would want to twitch constantly.
Then I started going blind in one eye temporarily, usually only in the dark but over time that developed to any time of the day and for all different lengths of time.

I don’t use it anymore lol
