If you ask me man, if your friend is still consistently dodging you, and especially in favor of some junkie bitch, than dude you need to blow him off. When I was deep in the shit and I had friends constantly calling me to chill and shit that i didn't want to really see, I got furious, and only pushed them further away.
Bottom line, it is not your fault he is using, and definitely not your fault he chose to shack up with this crazy bitch. The only thing you can do is live your own life and wait for him to get burned and come back because he is alone. Trust me it will happen. But you have to be strong. Grit your teeth and mentally tell him to fuck off until he gets it together enough to hang out with you, the one friend who actually has his back.
Oh and by the way, I agree, the Dilaudid does have an insane rush but no real follow through. It doesn't last long. What you have to do, (and what I did), was mix a bag or so of smack into your Dilaudid shot. This way, you get the massive rush from the Dillies, plus the legs from the H. Trust me it works wonders. That used to be my favorite cocktail...unless I had some coke too, which I would than mix into the Dilaudid and H shot hah. Just be careful and start slow when adding the H.
