i finnaly cried

tonight I cried
for the first time
in about a year.
I wasnt a blubbering mess on the floor,
I was smiling
and wiping my runny nose,
while watching a movie
I know you love.
I didnt cry much
three tears from my left eye
two from my right.
I can still feel them
burning the skin on my face
and I hope I feel them forever,
tears of happiness
that make me think
its kinda strange,
In the last year Ive been through so much
I found,then lost, love
I felt the shame of not being there
when the girl I love tried to end her life
and the joy of being freinds again.
my dad got married, again
my mum got drunk, again, and again, and again
so much shit,
and also so many smiles
the list could go on and on
but all through it I didnt shed a single tear
and then I just watch one silly movie
one BRILLIANT silly movie
and I get reminded of that feeling
I used to love so much
sweet acid raining from my eyes
scarring my cheeks
coz the three beautifully fucked up girls in the movie
reminded me so much of you
...and coz they all ended up happy.
