I figured out a really good way to IV opana

Chloroform will extract any opiod in its base form. Most medications are in an acid form such as Sulphate, HCL, Phosphate, etc. These salts are not soluble in chloroform but their base forms are VERY soluble.

First disolve crushed pills in water and add sodium carbonate to the solution until it is at a ph of 11. Use sodium carbonate not sodium bicarbonate. Sodium carbonate is soda ash which is used for hard water applications to make detergent work better. You can buy the Arm & Hammer Brand anywhere they sell detergent and it is 100% pure.

Once you have turned the opiod into a base, filter (vacuum filter works the fastest or put a coffee filter into a large 10cc syringe and push through, but not to hard as to puncture the filter) into a pyrex dish. All glass pie pans are pyrex and work great because of large surface area. If you are concerned about the fillers, the coffee filter will filter most of them out but you also do an extra step and run the filtered solution through a .22 micron filter.

Now evaporate the water and you will have a powder that has very little in it besides the opiod base.

To get the opiod 100% pure, you will now need to dissolve the dried powder in chloroform. Some opiod bases are hygroscopic meaning they will absorb water. In these cases you can only get a powder if you dry the mixture with some heat. This is not neccesary though as you will eventually change the base back into a salt. Just want to point out that it may not be a dry powder.

Once the base is dissolved in the chloroform, run through clean filter again, letting it drain into the cleaned pyrex dish. Run some more chloroform through the filter/mixture two three or as many times as you want to insure you extract all of the opiod. Now put the dish outside and let the chloroform evaporate and you will have 100% pure opiod base left.

You can use the base orally, but you will need to turn it back into a salt for any other method. To do this, you must now dissolve the base into an acid. The type of acid depends on the opiod. Example Oxymorphone is normally Oxymorphine HCL so you must cook it in Hydrochloric acid. Codeine Phosphate is made with Phosphoric acid, Morphine Sulphate with Sulfuric acid, etc. After dissolving into the appropriate acid you must cook it in a reflux device for apporoximately 60mins at the boiling temperature of the acid. A reflux device is simply a device that boils a liquid and then collects the vapor condensation and puts it back into the device. You can also do this step without a reflux device, but then you have the vapors to worry about and you will also need to use more acid.

Now cool acid solution, mix with water, let separate, extract the water layer, evaporate the water and there you have 100% opiod extraction.

Opana is extremely potent, euphoric, and long lasting when taken intranasally. If you snort a 20mg Opana ER on an empty stomach it is similar to snorting 100mg of Oxycodone... depending on the person, pain, and tolerance. If snorted AFTER a full (high in fat) meal, it feels similar to snorting 200mg of Oxycodone... with a much more powerful euphoria, potency, and duration. Without food the intranasal absorption is about 40%, WITH a full meal it is more like 70-80%.
Regardless of the bioavailability, taking a drug intranasally bypasses the blood brain barrier... and more of the drug ends up in your brain, brainstem, and spine. That is part of the "rush" of snorting. Here is some info...
