If he truly loves you and you are not intentionally abusive, he SHOULD stand by you through your darkest times.
No one can force you sober. You should know that because look at what you did. Confess and cry it out. Then decide what to do next.

Don't let anything affect your beliefs if you lie you will e harming yourself far worse than the injection. You will feel the guilt and it will eat you from the inside out. Love yourself and get the lie out of your system it will make you stronger and you will feel like you did the right thing

Once you lie about a behavior the first time it's that much easier to rationalize it again and again.

Why not just stop it dead in it's tracks before it's even capable of turning into a second time?
