I don't feel the same after taking a meth bomb pill

4 quad straight up meth bomb. I feel like I'm in a dream like state , or derealization. I get scared that I might become schitzo. I feel like my emotions are just blank. I regret taking that pill. I know I am stupid for not testing. Recently I have been feeling like I don't care about anything. Help would be appreciated.

Most drug related issues I've ever read about or experienced myself heal with time.

That being said my advise to you would be to quit all drugs (including alcohol if you're willing) for a good while until you feel like you are ready to resume use. Could be a week, could be a month... could be a year.

Secondly try to get out in the sun and exercise a bit. That paired up with a good balanced, healthy diet should get you feeling better.

I would suggest investing in a test kit and a scale if you are going to be using drugs again, especially MDMA since "molly" could be anything.
