No it doesnt!!!!! I dont know whats up!

Just the option add as friend comes up

You have to go to settings and pm a message to the avatar of this person. Go to settings first and work your ways from there. That's what I do.

I know what i was doing wrong, i was on the mobile site instead of the full site. Thanks to all.
