Stange thing... I found out that I have different metabolic pathways than other people because I can get high off Phenylephrine. What do you think of this strange occurrence ?

Placebo is a strong effect..
Or maybe you are a hemoroid?
used to relieve hemorrhoids.[2][4]

This blog I read had a good post regarding a paper on phenylephrine's crappieness a few years back. The author is pretty even-minded, and I've been reading his takes on various journal articles and events for over a decade.
The main thing that came up is that the bioavailability of phenylephrine is variable and can be as low as 1%. Maybe you either through genetics or drug interactions metabolize much less and can actually get central adrenergic effects from it.

Are brains are all very similar. You can't get high on phenylephrine. It can make you a little tense and shaky at very high doses. The only thing that varies is what people consider being "high" feels like. Like the diehard diphenhydramine afficionado.
Ill never forget, a woman posted her once saying she took 50 diphenhydramine everyday, and when I asked her why, she said, "because I deserve the dysphoria".
Turns out she was in a psych ward and was stealing big bottles of diphenhydramine.

Phenylephrine is an excellent nasal decongestant when taken topically (nasal spray).
Im hopelessly addicted to it unfortunately, its been years now (resulting in whats known as rhinitis medicamentosa). Ive tried quitting, but its just too difficult. I think i need that balloon surgery that reshapes the sinuses.

I always when watching TV would like see people duck taped mouth and fuck man their noses are always clear, I suppose muscuosa would create passage in survival mode i Think
Yeah phenyleprine is also here now what is similar subjective other than decongestant like stimulation or, I made with naphazoline taper or like couple days took it,
Try just using it on one nostril only. Then when the opposite side heals or finally opens up, you can stop. You’ll be able to breathe out of the other one until that one heals.

I did this with that other addictive spray the oxym one and it worked.
Of note - the FDA is moving the pull phenylephrine prohibit its sale as an OTC decongestant.
FDA Proposes Ending Use of Oral Phenylephrine as OTC Monograph Nasal Decongestant Active Ingredient After Extensive Review
FDA is proposing to end the use of oral phenylephrine for the temporary relief of nasal congestion because the agency determined it is not effective.

I think this is one of the few times that I would side with prohibition - not because the substance is bad for you but because it doesn't work well and potentially prevents people from asking for and using pseudoephedrine which works very well but must be requested from the pharmacy to purchase. Removing phenylephrine will guide people to simply asking for and using the much more effective drug.
