Ive never been to a rave like this before and I am super excited. I recently purchased a test kit and scale for mdma... But I wanna make sure me and my friends have the ebst time of our lives while also being safe. Any idea on dosage of mdma I should take. I imagine ill be rolling for 2-3 days so any of you veterans please feel free to give me your opinions.

Thanks!!!

The obvious answer would be to pick just one day. But I know you don't want to so if you're going to do all three, roll hard and short vs long and dreadful. (Redose once and last 3 hours rather than redose every hour trying to prolong it for 6+ hours) In my experience after 4 hours it's just not worth it anymore, no euphoria just the side effects. Also bruxism gets alot worse as well as the day after.
So plan out when your favourite artists are coming on and roll during their sets for a good 3-4 hours.

It's a bad idea rolling 3 days straight like that, kinda setting yourself for a nasty comedown. Also, your third day will probably consist of a very weak roll, if it'll even work at all.

If you must roll on consecutive days, my opinion is that you should take a single 125mg the first day, and a single 150mg the second day. That way you'll likely get the most out of your gear and minimize the after effects. Just time it around your favorite sets, do you really need to roll the entire time?

Get yourself some 5-HTP to take after your first roll(so you have enough serotonin available the 2nd time around) and speed up your recovery after the bender.

Have fun and stay safe :)

While I can not recommend rolling several nights in a row because of the potential consequences, before I knew anything about M when I was young and stupid God knows I did the same thing. I was fine, but our bodies are unique and can not say that you will suffer no ill effects, which is why I can't recommend it. But if you must...

I vote for the above answer. Your brain can not make much serotonin in one day, and taking MDMA squeezes a huge amount of your serotonin out. Lots of it will be reabsorbed to be recycled and lots will be destroyed.

Re-dosing squeezes just that little bit more out that was recycled. Rolling a second night immediately after will likely be very weak- although some people have definitely rolled a second night, chemically it's unlikely to be very strong because a percentage of that lovely serotonin was destroyed the night before. Dropping the second night will try to squeeze eeeeven more out, like the last little bit of toothpaste left in the tube.
If you MUST roll for the two nights, don't re-dose either night! The second night you'll be more likely to have enough leftover serotonin that might be able to get you going, if you re-dose you'll be getting the leftovers of the leftovers. 125mg standard dose on night 1, slightly higher (150 sounds good, as badrobot stated) the second night.

Stay safe and have fun! And props for buying a test kit and taking an interest in safety! :)

you're going to have an awful time on the third day if you're rolling 3 days in a row....you will barley feel it the 2nd day in a row too....and it won't be good...you're better off tripping that day and only rolling one day.

In my yout I have done quite a few big weekends that:
Started with a Friday all nighter on pills,
followed by chill all day saturday while filling up on good food / 5HTP
Slept properly on Saturday night.
Sunday late arvo get on it at a festival again till Monday morning.
While I didn't make it to work on Monday lol I was fine after this.

Based on that I would say getting on it the first and third days will be easy, provided you are still relatively new to MDMA (less than 2-3 years moderate use and fairly young under say 21)

3 days in a row on the other hand... might be pushing it, you'd find the effects would be fairly diminished on the third day.

These days for that sort of even I would definitely just stick with a little bit of speed / weed on days 1 and 2 and then get on the MDMA on the third day.

Thanks for the input guys... I guess ill small dose it if I do. Or just roll hard one day

Trying to roll 3 days running ism one of the worst decisions I've ever made. It hurt.

^ That's a lot better, but still not a good idea. Much safer but still is going to take a large toll on your body. One time won't kill you, just be sure to take a extra long break after.

find some other drugs, some ketamine or 2C-B or LSD would treat you right. MDMA isn't the only thing that makes you feel good

does 5htp help? and I read somewhere that there is no proven permanent serotonin loss in your brain, it does rebuild but I could be wrong... Any opinion on that, I do know it uses it up but I guess it takes a while to rebuild?

5-HTP can help to restore serotonin levels. The body and brain are constantly adapting and changing so it's unsurprising that nothing is permanent. The main reason why you shouldn't take MDMA consistently is because it blocks the enzyme that helps to remake serotonin for a substantial time. So, it releases lots of your stores then blocks the brain from being able to reproduce those stores. So, you're constantly serotonin-deprived which can cause the negative effects of the drug.

Piggy backing on this. The phenomenon of over working the receptors of the body (brain included) is the cause for deterioration of the body. Diseases for example like acquired diabetes is the result of constantly over working your insulin receptors which over time makes them less effective and after awhile stop functioning proper at all. It's best to keep your body in a state of homeostasis. Constantly over working your serotonin receptors will( in my medical opinion) cause some effect eventually from being constant over stimulated and stressed. Save your brain. Save your drugs/$, save all the future memories you could have. I've enjoyed mdma for about 10 years safely. Give proper time to heal. Btw the 5-htp idea isnt a bad idea. Make sure your read how to properly supplement it. Don't just start popping it. But at the end of the day....time is all you really need to stay safe.

seriously mate, you need to understand that using MDMA as frequently as you do will make your rolling "career" end very soon. One of these days you're gonna take it and not get much out of it and it's gonna stay like that(sooner than you think by the looks of it). you won't gain the intensity you seek back, no matter how long you take a break, how much 5htp you chug down and how much piracetam you use. Do you really want that to happen? even if you don't give a shit about your body(which will show it's consequences very shortly after this will happen), think about permanently losing the ability to enjoy your favorite substance.

Not good at all for your brain. By day 3 you will be so depleted of serotonin reserves you won't feel much at all. MDMA does farrkk all for me due to long term sustained abuse and that ended in 2000. There are other substances but I'd recommend rest or having a non chemically enhanced day 2. Also see above post makes very good points.
