Hey I have been reading blue light for years and found it very useful. Finally signed up so I can post. I have a question that I couldn't find on here already about plugging adderal. SWIM wants to use it anally but doesn't have a syringe. Is it ok to just stick a pill up there? Or is that a waste and you are better off just taking them orally?
