Get some help my brother. Don’t be ashamed. It is just like Mafioso said , it isn’t YOU that is the problem it is the disorder that is the problem. Let others Help you. Look how nice everyone was here. I think you will find the same kind of people when you go for help.
I hope you do that. You could be feeling much better with some help and the Future could be bright.

Thanks for the concern. I’ve been checked in to inpatient now for almost 2 weeks now. They’ve helped me medical detox and looking at my other mood issues so far. I’m glad I did so because I was headed down a bad path in hindsight.

Oh, I am SO glad to hear from you and to hear this news!
That was a brave choice to make! I am proud of you!

I sure am hoping and praying that you have a good team of people looking out for you and that they find the answer to your problem.

After 40 years of suffering I finally found the right Doctor/specialist who has answers and solutions for me!
Apparently I have Narcolepsy! I just went through a round of Botox injections for the migraine headaches and the Gabapentin he has me on is already helping! He wants to give me GHB and some stimulants after I get the sleep study confirmation.
I have HOPE again! He said it is going to be a long road to recovery but there IS a road to recovery!
I have thought I am dying from a horrible brain disease for a few years now.

Don’t give up!

Good luck. But always understand the mental health system makes money off pushing new forms of medication on you even if the medication has deadly side effects.

I agree and held that opinion for years. But right now I’m not functional as an addict.

Hope you find a treatment program that won't push SSRI on you. Stay away from SSRI's. Tell the doctor if you can have therapy instead of taking a pill. I'm 100% sure the doctor will try making you get a injection. I'm currently stuck in the mental health system because it's part of my probation. They forced me to take the injection.
