I do apologise as this may not be within you domain of expertise, but honestly, I've asked loads of people and thusfar only Gordon Ottershaw has offered an answer and bless him, he loves his football but I do worry for his mental health and wellbeing.

Well, at least give me the credit of understanding that what a perdon does as a job doesn't define who they are as a person.

I've only talked to a couple of sex workers and both of them were very clear on that being their 'McJob' while they studied or saved to do the things that they WANTED to do.

So I guess a more general question is, what do you plan to do with your future?

Of the two I asked, one was studying for her PhD, the other opened a (quite posh) boutique. They did both mention that men normally want to talk about themselves, not about the person doing the work. But both were comfortable once they had adjusted to my not being your typical bloke. I asked because I really wanted to know that they had a future planned out. I've never ever been comfortable with 'using' another person for my own gratification, hence my not really taking an interest in the adult film industry (beyond hearing that some of the men can be unfathomably mysoginistic). I want no part of any industry where such things are not just allowed but almost normalized.

Do you have any thoughts on the porn related neuroses people get?

Like the attitude that porn is a deadly evil that ruins human relationships/society/religious faith/your soul. Or much more rarely, that it's some kind of high art that must be protected from scrutiny at all costs.

To me it's all just naked people. Nothing to fuss over for the most part (in that any moral complications usually have to do with money and legal systems, not the porn itself).

But I dunno I'm boring like that I guess.

Watch this interview. This guy used to work at my agency, everything he says is 100% accurate. Couldn’t have said it better myself.
