just wondering if it would be worth the mission to find this stuff. i don't know too much about it, for i am a complete stimulant kind of girl. and if i should run across it, would it be more effective to eat, snort, or shoot? thanks a million!

Good luck in your hunt! It's not that common, and a 4mg pill will commend as much as $50 on the street.. if you get it, then you *MUST* shoot it.. it's not "advice", it's a *RULE* - you IV Dilaudid. Period. End of story.

right on. i'll keep that in mind. are there any other pharms that "one" would recommend shooting since you say that the hydromorphone is hard to come across?

Not that many pharmacuticals are suitable for injection, Dilaudid is the exception.. off hand I can't think of anything else you can really bang safely..

MSIR (morphine sulfate instant release) can be injected, but the pills have a high talc content which is not good to inject.. you can shoot Roxicodone too - they are both not the best pills to inject, but it works... MS Contin is a total no-no..

I've banged Morphine Sulphate pills for a while. The trick is the filter them a couple of times. Twice through a q-tip usually works well for me.
 
People don't understand this concept that there are some pills you do NOT bang - yes, you can get all the noticible particles disolved, but the danger is not in the shit you can see..

CataLysT^3, like PhreeX said, you will probably have a very hard time finding Hydromorphone. That is unless you either get very lucky or have a specific hook-up. If you are interested in narcotics, Oxycontin is a lot easier to find and works great when you snort it. That way you don't have to worry about needles if you aren't experienced with that.
