Opioids Hydromorphone nasal dosage in a non-tolerant individual

What would be a good starting dosage for a pretty much completely opiate naive individual? Not looking to nod/puke/be comatose

I'm aware that it's a pretty potent opiate and that the oral bioavailibility is garbage,but haven't been able to find and equivalencies to other opiates through the nasal route.

Opiate naive individuals shouldn't use it. 5 mg is pretty strong with tolerance.
