I am making a hydromorphone nasal spray, that I read about on here. I take 4 or 5 9mg Hydromorphone Contin a day. I take the crushed powder intranasally. I snort 9mg, right in the morning, and so on, throughout the day. I am wondering what ratio of product would equal the 9mg in liquid form, as I have heard the bioavailability is higher as a liquid?
