Read my reply above yours, as I am referring to the same experience. My girlfriend tried it with me that day, and she isn't quite as experienced with Opiates/Opioids as I am. I suggested that she just try 2mgs (1/2 of a pill) at first because of how much of a rush I got, and she went ahead and did the rest moments later. She loved the whole experience, but she vomited about 4 times that night. Yes it is common for people to vomit or feel sick on Opiates/Opioids, especially when you IV them.

Dilaudid was my first opiate, well third in the course of a few hours. Thank you hospital, and I puked my guts out for the few days I was on it.
