hydromorphine 12mg how good are they? what would be the equivalent in oxy dosage (mg)? is it the same as morphine? what is the high like?

Personally I have a hard time comparing doses with oral Hydromorphone because taking Dilaudid orally sucks. Its meant to be IV'd. The high is sedating more so than euphoric and stimulating like Oxycodone. I'd compare it closer to Morphine than Oxycodone. But once again, buy a syringe. Its such a waste to take it orally. The effects are weak. Banging it...incredible.

IDK what hydromorphine is, but if you mean hydromorphone it's fucking great. But then I only shoot it. It's not really like either morphine or oxy, at least IV. The rush is insane.

Hydromorphone insufflated is fucking awesome, sometimes better than Oxycodone.

I would have to disagree. Even hydromorphone insufflated isn't as good as Oxycodone. But that is just my opinion. I'd much rather have Roxicodone or OxyContin over some Dilaudid.
...unless I had a syringe. Although I'd still choose an 80mg OxyContin than an 12mg Dilaudid IV.

Snorting Oxy is a fucking waste. Well yeah, I'd rather have Oxycodone over Hydromorphone depending on how much Oxy I had. But Oxy way better and higher B/A dosed Orally than Intranasally. People that snort Roxicodone are just wasting them big time.

I prefer oral Oxycodone over insufflated but I'd always save some of my OxyContin to snort. Like 20mg out of my 80mg OC for a short lived rush. Still better than Hydromorphone IMO. When it comes to IV hydromorphone...well my preference would have to depend on how much of each we are talking about. Sure I'd take a 12mg shot of Hydromorphone over a 30mg Roxicodone but I'd take an 80mg OC anyday.
