from what i remember, hydromorphs taken orally dont givce that outstanding of a high. also, to feel a high you probably wont have to take all three..i think.

if you are not opiate tolerant, open one 3mg capsule, crush the beads and snort that. should be a nice warm high

They arent 30 mg, ill tell you that.

As far as I know hydromorphone comes in 2,4,6 and 8 mg, but it could come in 3mg capsules I guess...

If you have no tolerance taking a few will give you a very nice buzz. Oral hydromorphone has a weak BA, maybe try snorting them? Thats my 2 cents.

Be careful if you have no tolerance though, taking too much could make you sick

dude, hydromorphone comes in 30mg time release capsules.

IR usually has 2,4,6,8,16,24 mg varieties, and time release ime is 8, 16, 24 and 30mg.

ir wont be caps, it will be pills, caps with beads are xr for sure

CRUSH and snort

ONE 3mg will get you high if your crush and snort it, if youve never done them before.

Dont do over one unless you know you can handle it.

And check the 3mg because there is NO SUCH THING at least on my chart there isnt.

ok if one 3 mg will get dude high, and he happens to have the 30 mg time release, he may just overdose if he takes all that at once. it's important to find out exactly what he has before dosing

Well not to be an asshole, but I hope he does find out what he has before he doses. It's ignorant to put something in your body unless you are sure of what it is. Even if someone said its "this".. Always check to make sure.

to clear it up hydromorphone is made in a time release form. i cant remember the name of it for the life of me but i believe it comes in a capsule with the little cr beads... dont quoate me on that though. dilaudid is a very powerful opioid and extreme caution should be taken for the opiate nieve. use a pill identifier, one thats trust worthy. ive personally seen way too many kids die because the made a reckless decision. more than id like to think about now.

Another note: I've taken every opiate that I know of. I have no ill effects with hydrocodone , oxycodone, mephedrine, methadone, morphine, oxymorphone etc, etc. . BUT- -HYDROMORPHONE makes me Beyond sick. Some people like me don't have the enzyme to digest that particular opiate. FYI-start very low, work up from there.

As said B4, Dillaudid mainly comes in 2mg, 4mg, and 8mg tablets (very small like tic tacs, or "shield shaped" 8mg tabs. 3mg sounds fishy... maybe foreign? And yes there are XR's, but I've never Came across them.

Be safe; that stuff is VERY addictive, like over 2-3 days, my friends have been able to kick smack, but Dillaudids are shorter acting and such.
