hydrocodone zolpidem

I took 20mg of hydrocodone at 10pm it's now 3:44am and I can't sleep. I was wondering if it was OK to take one of my 10mg zolpidem?

You didn't say what your tolerance is to either drug. Some people find hydrocodone stimulating and that could be why you are having trouble falling asleep. I'm going to move this to Basic Drug Discussion.

Yes it should be fine. I took 240mg codeïne with 40mg zolpidem without any real trouble.

Zolpidem doesn't cause as much respiratory depression as drugs like benzos or alcohol

Iv been taking hydro's for years for back pain and zolpidem for only about a year
