Opioids Hydrocodone questions

I broke my pinky finger and left side of my hand. i've been fine but when they wrapped me up today it's way, way too tight. it's ridiculous. anyway, does food potentiate it like it does oxy? what about cimetidine/tagamet, does that potentiate like oxy?

it does the opposite with codeine i'm pretty sure. I only have 9 5mg and have to wear this shit for 2 weeks. can't even get it wet. when my friend broke his entire hand he only got a hand cast, not a god damn wrap all the way to nearly his elbow. it sucks, i've had a terrible year, and one terrible day, father's day, i punched my bedroom wall really hard and that's when it happened. i've punched way, way harder shit with my right hand and never broken anything, this is the first time in my 30 years of life i've broken a bone. i've had slight fractures which i guess are technically breaks but this was visibly fucked up.

still, i was fine with a simple armband. they didn't even give me extra wrapping let alone medical tape. my ring finger and pinky are taped together between gauze, they could've at least given me tape or gauze. the guy i saw looked drugged out his mind so i wouldn't be surprised if he just fucked up bad, because i was not in that much pain before. i did like 200 pushups yesterday because my ear kept plugging, a growing issue of mine. and that didn't even hurt. i'm in constant agony with this shit on

It won't be potentiated exactly like Oxy, but it will still potentiate it nonetheless via Inhibition CYP3A4 activity.

anyway, does food potentiate it like it does oxy?

Again, not exactly like Oxy, but it still will if you ingest fatty foods due to it's lipid solubility I'd ingesting 200-400mg cimetidine 30 minutes before ingesitng hydrocodone, and ingesting fatty foods 15-30 minutes after. This regiment has worked well for me in the past, but it may be different for you.

On another note, you should invest in a punching bag if you punch stuff. Never gets old.

Good point about the punching bag... I really hate my dad, I've gotten so angry before about him and the shit he says that I've straight dexter morgan stabbed at the air. he's the only person i would ever kill, i let bugs outside, i love animals, but him... well, i'll not get into it. i haven't been on here for awhile, some people might have thought i was already dead. i'm smart enough not to kill him, no jail for me. he'll be out soon anyway, 66 and in horrible health. but for some reason he keeps living.

The best potentiators for opioids imo that actually work are:

1. Soma

2. 100 to 150 mg
Of dxm
1.5 hours prior to opioid dosing

The fact that the bandage feels so tight and hurts so much sounds like because of the swelling . Try keeping your hand elevated above heart level as much as possible, maybe even have it on top of a couple pillows when you sleep. I had to do all that with my foot when I broke it, it helped.. but fuck did that swelling hurt and I got no painkillers.Also try an ice pack, as long it isn't wet as it melts. Sucks only having nine painkillers ( cheap fuckers!) but your hand will probably start feeling better in a few days. You could maybe call and ask them about the tightness.

it's somewhat felt better except for when I forget. was blazed on july 4th laughing at something and slammed both my fists down followed by immense pain, i was pissed lol. in general i've been using the hand likely far more than i should, i keep reminding myself stop. its been hell though, 100 degrees, no ac, this giant amount of heavy cloth on my arm. hopefully my local pool will let me swim, i bought airtight cast covers. works perfectly for showering
