Opioids Hydrocodone Newbie Need some advice.

First off let me say hello! First post and what not.
I have two whole m358 pills (7.5/500) and one whole
but broken (half mark) m358. So that is a total of three m358.
I was recently shot in the leg the day after valentines day
and that was the first time I had any opiod. I was given morphine
(4mg) every four hours for a couple of days. I was also given
a gram of iv dilaudid. I was given a script for oxycodone 5/325.
I took that script as written for my pain and did not use any
for recreation. I'm telling you all this to show any opiod use
and to see if you think I would have a high tolerance because
of it. I was only in the hospital for three and a half days.

I've already taken two and a half pills today. Two at once, and then
a half about thirty minutes after. I feel pretty good. But just really subtly.
I'm wondering if it would be safe to take two and a half pills at once or maybe
all three in a few hours.

I took the pills earlier at twelve for the first dose and twelve thirty for the second.
I do have mild anxiety and just worried about oding. Looking to have a little fun though.
Also from what I have been reading, its really the apap in the pills I am worrying about right?
Not even really the amount of hydrocodone in them. That means today I am already up to
1,250ish of apap. I am not a constant user of pills. this is third time in a couple of days.
Two was the most I have ever taken at once.

Also I am 1000mg keppra twice a day, but I only have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. I am not
very high seizure risk. I've never had a grand mal.

Any insight would really be appreciated to help me stay safe. Thanks in advance guys!

But...I don't really know what you're asking?

1) You will not OD.
2) 1,250mg of APAP is fine.
3) I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder and use Oxycodone as an anxiolytic.

I am wondering If it would be ok to take three whole pills in a few hours? Even if one of those pills is in two pieces (tear tab). Should i worry about taking 1,500 of apap at once?
does the fact that i took two and a half earlier today matter?

That amount of APAP is fine... When I do take it, I take 1,500mg of APAP for pain relief anyway. The daily guideline is 4,000mg in 24 hours. Don't worry about it.

It's completely subjective, we don't have Hydrocodone here in the UK.

But that's quite a small dose to be honest, if you feel okay to take it... go for it. If you're still buzzing quite a bit now, then wait a little longer.
 
It's fine. 4mg IV morphine= 12mg hydrocodone= roughly 8mg oxycodone.

You can take them all if you want.

But FYI, our FDA just reduced the "suggested" amount of apap to 2'000 per day, though for acute use 3'000-4'000 is fine.
 
Alrighty, like i said I am just new to pills and really do not want to OD. I'll probably take this 3 7.5s soon
