Opioids Hydrocodone Making my legs twitch pretty bad

Hi, I was withdrawling from methadone all night long and finally found some hydrocodones which always are enough to stop the withdrawl and sometimes give me a buzz too, i got 3, 7.5/500s and 20 5/500s, m358, and m357..

i took 3 of the m358 and 2 of the m357 and my legs are now shaking and twitching really bad, like really bad, im starting to get scared now, they smelled a little weird almost like makeup or something, but im pretty sure they are real because they seemed to stop my withdrawl although i felt little to no buzz, 2-3, 7.5s have always been enough to stop my withdrawl so i know thats not whats going on, im really scared its getting bad, could they maybe have been coated with something, i used to eat 5 10s at a time all the time and never had this happened, might go to hospital
 
shaking a lot

like my whole body is shaking pretty much, mostly in my legs though, like a lot in my legs, just like shaking, i dont know how else to describe it, i had a similar feeling only 1 time before 12 hours after i did some opana, but it didnt last nearly this long, and wasnt this intense, i used to take 5 10/500s all the time or 7 or 8 10/325s and never felt like this,

like i said i noticed the pills smelled like makeup or something, and i noticed on one of them there was a little bit of pink crud embeded in the number 3 and in another spot, what the hell, did someone intentionally try to poison me with something or did i just have a bad reaction or what, i did smoke some fentanyl last night that was like atleast 16 hours ago though, and didnt smoke much either, im just shaking really bad, i took them about 2 and a half hours ago by the way
 
i wonder if you're still getting withdrawal symptoms through the hydrocodone and you're getting RLS from that, not from the hydrocodone itself. how much methadone were you taking?

i've only gotten leg twitches from opiates while falling asleep, and yours are while fully awake, which is why i'm wondering if the hydros are not fully stopping the withdrawal, i mean you only took what, 40 mg tops?
 
and im 90 percent positive they arent fakes they look just like the ones i would always get, the shape, size, numbers and everything are perfect, and ive only heard of blue watson fakes anyway, as for the smell i just figured its from where they were kept, in a make up case or something
 
youre probably just WD'ing. maybe the pills arent what you think they are. also dont be scared when pills have weird tastes/smells on them. i can always tell what my dealer smells like based on the pills i get. i have noticed vicodin absorbs smells very well and smells strongly like them. once i got then from a guy who always had candles burning in his house and i couldnt even eat them it tasted so weird
 
i was only taking 40 mg of methadone every other day, and was already in full withdrawl, and had bad restless legs already, the thing is 2 or 3 7.5s would always totally stop my withdrawl, and they did stop it, this doesnt feel like withdrawl, its different, just straight up shaking
 
im 99 percent positive this isnt withdrawl, because they stopped my withdrawl as soon as i felt them working and i felt ok for the first hour, and then this shaking started, trust me this doesnt feel like withdrawl at all, i dont know what the hell is going on

thats probably what it was, i think you're freakin out over this too much, its probably just restless leg syndrome from still withdrawing; I'm guessing the fentanyl is long out of your system and the hydros aren't cutting it fully. do you have a valium or a muscle relaxant you could take? that'd probably stop the shakes.

and if you were taking 40 mg methadone daily, i really doubt those hydros would FULLY get rid of w/ds, maybe just some of the main symptoms but not the more annoying ones. i know when i withdraw i shake my legs pretty badly...i've just never heard of leg shakes as a side effect of opiates themselves.
 
i know, i know, i hear what your saying, but like i said... i was already in full withdrawl before i took them and i know just what the restless legs feel like, its more of a jumbly feeling, and like i said, just last week i took only 15 MG of hydrocodone and it was enough to stop my withdrawl totally, for 6 hours,

and this time i took about 32 MG, and it stopped the withdrawl at first, but then i began shaking violently, mostly in my legs, but also throughout my whole body, almost like a siezure, this is not withdrawl honest to god i know my own body, the shaking seems to have eased a little bit but has not stopped, trust me this isnt RLS
 
huh, that does sound a bit more like a seizure if it was your whole body. do you get panic attacks at all? if its easing down a bit you should most likely be fine in a couple hours, but it might be somethin to mention during your next visit to a GP.
 
nope i dont get panic attacks, never had this happen, yeah it is easing, but it scared the crap out of me, cuz i was feeling good almost buzzed, no withdrawl, then bam im shaking violently and dont know what to do, yeah its been a few years since ive seen a doctor, i will have to make an appointment soon i guess, i think i will be ok
 
man this sucks i am still shaking and my dad told me to F off and let him sleep, i guess he dont care, so i dont think hes gonna take me to the hospital and no way im calling 911, i guess i will just wait it out, but i thought it eased up but i am shaking pretty bad now actually, this has been going on almost an hour now
 
no one else i can ask, not even a neighbor, although i suppose if i did call an ambulance my dad would regret not taking me, but im dead set on not doing that, i just dont know what went wrong here, tryed to make myself vomit but couldnt do it, no matter how hard i try self induced vomiting never works on me,

i just have no idea what could have caused this, the hydro, the tylenol in them, something i ate or drank that maybe was bad, maybe my liver or kidneys are bad, i cant count the number of times ive eaten 5 hydrocodones at a time, thats 2500 MG tylenol (never eaten more than 5 at once), and used to drink a lot too, im only 24 though, but ive put my body through hell

i also havent been eating/drinking very much latley, maybe a liter of iced tea a day and a few sips of water, and a sub, 2 sandwiches and chips are all i ate yesterday
 
if your liver or kidneys were bad, you wouldnt shake. you'd have intense pain and pee blood. maybe you should try to eat somethin? your blood sugar has to be pretty low at this point.
