It doesn't happen at all when I'm awake. With speedy drugs it always happens, not with opiates. But it could happen in my sleep. If I was grinding in my sleep, I would think more than 2-3 teeth would hurt.
Maybe I'm chattering in my sleep. Because if I chatter my teeth together, that's the first spot that hurts, so I think that's the first place my teeth meet.
