Hydrocodone and Promethazine

Recently came in contact with 25 10/500 lortabs and I also have about 6 25mg promethazine tablets...

I am experienced with lortabs but my tolerance is back to square one.

I used to take 3 lortabs and hurl my balls off but that was almost two years ago. Had to work my way up before I wasnt vommiting

Basically looking for the right combo to get me smashed! cheers

I'd say take 15 mg of hydrocodone (so that's 1 whole pill and 1 half pill) with 1 of the promethazine tablets.

I was going to say 20mg hydrocodone and half of a promethazine.

Either one, but the 15mg hydrocodone/25mg promethazine combination will probably be more idea for somebody without opiate tolerance.

yah i would only take 15mg because thats 1500mg apap and anything more is rough for me...gotta do those CWE's; and promethazine will definitely keep down the itches and add to the sedation

Seems like my nuts are droppin with opiates..

Went well, started out with 1 1/2 and a promethazine. Moved up to 3 tabs. Blitzed for about 5 hours.

Then we went pick up some master kush to end my small t break. popped back 2 more tabs to re-energize and started hitting the percalator all night.

and I was using a CWE for all the hydrocodne.. cmon guys apap is gross :D
