Mixing CNS depressants is always dangerous and we can't really tell you if you should mix these two without knowing your tolerance to both substances etc. Upon reading your other thread you have very little tolerance to Hydrocodone and I would err on the side of caution to mix these two substances.

lol...talking about mods in that manner isn't the right way to get an answer...
I'm assuming you meant hydrocoDONE as opposed to "hydrocodine" which doesn't exist...if you live in the UK, you can get dihydrocodine OTC, which is JUST a little stronger than codeine, but hydrocodone is 6 times as strong as codeine (hence, Vicodin=VI-the roman numeral 6, and then "codin," referring to codeine...).
Now to answer your question...you can find drug interaction checkers with 3 seconds of googling...

"You may feel drowsy or more tired when taking these drugs together. This effect may last for a few days after you stop taking these drugs together. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how these drugs affect you. If you notice slurred speech, confusion, severe weakness, or difficulty breathing, contact your health care provider immediately."
I'm not sure why you're wanting to take a sleeping pill with hydrocodone, it seems like it would just kind of make you have a foggy mind, not a really good high, and this could possibly make you sleep through your high, but to each their own...

Yeah, I'm actually aware of google. I was asking for opinions. They were tab 10s. Ive been on house arrest for 2 months. A foggy mind for me is as exciting as a trip to an amusement park for a jew in a concentration camp.
Also - lunesta gives a euphoric effect for me, thats why i was inquiring about it. i have to take about 9mg for it to put me to sleep

Should you mix the two? No. I don't see a point in taking a pill for sleep along with your hydrocodone. It's a waste, just like a man taking midol
