It was about three months ago when I first tried hydroponically grown weed. I starting smoking it with a friend at about 7:30pm in a section of a subdivision that was still being constructed. We only put a little bit of the hydro in the bowl, filling the rest with normal pot. The high wasn't that impressive, not much difference from anything else I've smoked, but then again, there was only a little hydro in the bowl. We drove around for about an hour, at some burgers at McDonald's (very tasty), and then went and saw "Shrek."
-I know this been boring so far but bare with me ok!
So after we got out of the theatre my high was pretty much shot. But, before the movie had ended, my friend received a page from one of his friends (big stoner) and off we went to meet him.
We meet up with my friend's friend near our high school, but before he can smoke he has to go socialize at Big Boy (I know, I know, how retarded). So while we wait, my friend and I smoke a bowl full of hydro in the school parking lot. I pretty fucking high at this point, but it gets better. After about ten minutes my friend got a page from his friend with the message "4:20" and you know what that means!
We meet the kid at another school parking lot (don't ask me why we meet at so many school parking lots because I have no fucking idea), and they say we're going to the "Chicken Farm," and I said "OK!" not knowing what the fuck they were talking about.
Well, the Chicken Farm turned out to be some desolate spot in the woods. We paked another bowl of hydro and smoked it-And this where the shit hits the fan!!! I step out of the car and realize that I'm really fucking high- I can barely walk or talk or think, and then I see the eyes of a dragon looking at me through the forest. We can back in the car and I have a psychotic episode. I feel slimy ooze erupt from my mid-torso, and when I touched my chest I could feel the goo rub off onto my hands. It was so fucking real! I seriously though I was going to die.
I've smoked my hydro a few days latter, only a little, but it quickly gave me the same ooze sensation (only less intense). I continued to smoke hydro, and gradually it just about ceased to give me this body sensation.
Now I'm no rookie when it comes to weed, I've been known to smoke quite a bit in one sitting, to the point where i was totally retarded. But I had never experienced such a high before or after this event. My question is, has anyone had this happen to them before with hydro or normal weed? Does anyone suspect that there might have been something unusual about this weed? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
 
I would assume that it was just really good weed. Keep in mind...even though marijuana is commonly labeled as a "soft drug"...it is possible to get REALLY fucked up on it. Also, most of the commercial grade crap you'll get is average potency and indica-dominant. Try a sativa-dominant kind bud strain and that shit will twist your mind up like a fucking pretzel. In fact, your hydro venture may have indeed been your 1st exposure to a sativa-dominant variety...hence the hyperspace freakout.
 
sounds like you just smoked a little too much dank on your first time. Kind bud can get you REALLY HIGH, especially on yer first try....personally I try to ONLY smoke KB, b/c the high feels so much cleaner and less retarded, more psychedelic than regular ol' shwagg-weed, plus the buds are just soooooo much prettier!
 
People will disagree with me on this , but hydro is sooo much more potent then most KB. Hydro hits my lungs much more then most KB. I see more crystals on hydro too. The only downfall of hydro is that it burns faster then KB. I had some KB yesterday and it was good but I sure would prefer hydro. hydro is addicting. schwag sucks and is not addicting but i think really high levels of THC can be as addicting as many other things.
 
By the shit he described, he'd have to be a serious lightweight to get kirked out like that.
My guess is your 'hydro' was laced with PCP or someshit, it's very rare, but who knows. If you're sure it wasn't laced, you're just a lightweight.

Thanks for the responses guys! Let me set a few things straight though. First, I'm not a lightweight. I've smoked a lot of quality weed in my life before (big buds,lots of crystals, lots of red hairs) and enough of it at one time to make me unable to think, speak, or move. But I have never had such an intense body buzz before or since. What I want to know is this: Is such a body buzz (ooze coming out of my body) common to hydro, or does anyone suspect the weed might have been laced with something like PCP?
 
Well, I can't answer your question, but I do know that the only drugs that makes me really loose it, is cannabis! I've smoked it for a couple of years (daily), but nowadays I can't handle it any more...
I never get paranoid on any other drugs (shrooms, MDxx and of course my daily use of amphetamine) but weed just f*cks me up - I get paranoid, depressed and totally inable to do anything besides thinking 'Why the fuck did I smoked a joint?'. My opinion: THC sucks!
 
Dank has some nice Different effects on People, especially in higher doses. The first time i smoked dank was like the 4th time ive ever smoked...it was only one bowl but it had me out of my skull for like 6 hours, and i got intense visions from when i was like 2-5 years old, laughed my Ass off at Conan OBrien, and freaked out like a 6 year old girl when my friend put his hand in front of my face really quick or shook me. All im saying is that shit happens, just enjoy it =) I wish i could get those feelings again, now i only smoke dank, and since its more than twice a week the "crazyness" aspect of it has kidna gone away...

Hydro vs Outdoor....
Outdoor sucks, unless you know a really good farmer. I never smoke outdoor unless it is some premo dry ass crystal white rhino shit...hydro is the ONLY way i smoke. Here in British Columbia hydro is very very common...
To my understanding weed anywhere else in north america is not as good as it is here in BC, so you have probibly been smoking some really good outdoor for most of your stoner carrer, and then ran across some premo hydro and it blasted your ass away.
Some one made the comment that Hydro smokes slower (or maybe it was faster) than non hydro, this is not true. You can have a dubbie of hydro that smokes for 20 hits or you can have a dubbie of hydro that smokes for 5 hits, it all depends on how dried out the weed is.

Not a rookie? I find that hard to believe because you constantly use the term "hyrdro", you mixed kb with schwagg, you kept meeting in a school parking lot, you went to the woods to smoke weed and you got the "420" code on the pager.
and also, I wouldn't say hydro is better than soil bud. It depends on the actual bud and not how it was grown if grown by someone who knows what they are doing.

it more likely to be laced with lsd then pcp..... just face it u smoked some weed and it got to u stop looking for reason to blame your loss of control just dont smoke that much again smoke less. and y would u cant if u were considered a light weighter i wish i took little amounts of drugs to achieve their desired effects on me. Like weed (which i persnaolly cant stand) takes very little to get me fucked up i just kinwo that and smoke less of it...
 
hydro is not necessarily better than pot grown in soil THOUGH most of the time it is. and your weed was NOT laced with PCP. damn people there are no dealers stupid enough to waste money like that. also i have to agree that Asmodeus sounds like a young one to the game. Hey kid you hit puberty yet?
 
Laced with acid thats a good one hehe heheh.
Lets see why this dosnt make sense if you were to dip weed into a pan of LSD someone would have a very very intense trip from that large a dose considering the size of most nuggets.
But then theres the more logical things like if you expose LSD to light it becomes inactive rather quickly and the fact that if you every touched a flame to it like that to light your pot it would just be destroyed.........
