Hydro vs oxy tolerance

If I have a roughly 100mg tolerance to hydrocodone, how many percs should I take? I also have some hydro cough syrup I could add in.. What do you guys think?

50 would be a good starting point...maybe 60 since its easier to get 2 30's

oxy is a little stronger than hydro. start with 60 or 70mg, starting low is good but you may need up to 80
