Human Traffic Representation

i thought human traffic was better than go but trainspotting's probably best out of the lot.
human traffic felt kinda short though, like they tried to pack too many things into one night?

I actually found GROOVE to be a slightly more acurate representation of what RAVE's used to be like (or should still be)
I liked it the more I watched it.
HT rocked tho. Loved the humour.
Beh! Its all good.....

i like Human Traffic. it made "Go" look very errr.... american. yuk.
HT imho is the closest thing i've seen to accurately portraying the scene that i know. a few differences, but the gist of it feels pretty right.
*goes in search of Haagen Dazs*

vurtomatic- agree on trainspotting, but as for feeling kinda short and packing in too much shit, isn't that typical of most nights out anyway, ie. 'fuck man its already 6:45!!?!'

ive found that a couple of people i know, who are relatively new to the whole pill/rave thing, after watching human traffic somehow get it engraved in their minds that "this is how it works, every night out has to be like this"
its just a tad annoying to say the least, but eh, what can ya do, thats just how movies can influence people

I saw human traffic before i dropped my first pill and thought it was kinda funny. Now that i've been out more, had more experiences, tried more stuff, the movie juz gets better and more relevent. I luv it now.
Trainspotting was excellent too. I saw it when i was fifteen and new nothing about the drug world, but still liked it. Then i watched it agian later, and it was better because i could relate more.
Munchkinz.

Yeah it does influence us to a certain degree!!... As said in the movie... with the interview in the club/rave... hehe then the chic says "friggon piss heads" (sumptin like that)
JellyHead and others: They travel to Wales yeah??... not based there??...
Yeah well its like my fav nite.. and tell me on a big nite out one of these things doesnt happen 90% of the time
"Nice one Bruva","Nice one Bruv","Fark off"
"ohh Your Farked!","Nahh I'm fine"
Star Wars convo.
Spliff politics.
there's prolly others that I can't remember rite now, but oh well there is...
Has anyone got the Sound Track?.. I think it's pretty mad.. Goto Luv Koop though.. eg. "itchy-finga-trigga-niggaz" (no offence its a quote), and the dance he does, "Stop pervin on my GF aight".
I love it, I love it, I love it!!

Yeah, i have to admit that Groove was pretty awesome aswell and was pretty spot-on to how things are.
The way they kept zooming in the camera on the dance floor and making things a bit blurry really made u feel like u actually were pilling...it made us pretty much run out of the cinema and get sorted for a huge nite

The weekend has landed...all that exists now is clubs, drugs, pubs and parties!

jellyhead was right, majority of it was filmed in cardiff, wales and in the scene when they think back to 1990 or something like that it is actually filmed in a club they in cardiff called acropylous (i think that is how it is spelt) and they show a shot out front of a club that shut down not long after the film finished that used to be called the 'hippo', one of my friends lives in cardiff and used to talk about the movie heaps before i ever saw it and sent me over the soundtrack, so i knew half the quotes six months before the movie so it was good to actually see where they fitted into the movie when I finally saw it.
