Heroin huge lump after registering

so the other night i tried injecting again. this time i injected on my forearm about 3 inches from my rist. i registered and something wasn't right but i let just a tad go in. but afterwards this huge lump appeared, wasnt too red or anything, just inflamed big time. did i poke through the other side of my vein or what?

It's easy to slip out, especially with certain veins, so re-registering is sometimes really important.
