Hows my Current Vitamin & supplement stack?

heres a list of all the current vitamins and supplements i take is there any interactions between them?

200mg of SAMe (S-Adenosyl L-Methionine)

500mg of L-Tyrosine

500mg of B12

100mg of b6

200mg of 5-htp (before bed)

460 mg of Ginkgo Biloba

1200mg of fish oils & omega-3

800 IU of vitamin D3

400mg of Tumeric

and that's it guys just let me know if i should add or remove something thanks
 
Looks pretty good IMO. I would add vitamin c for your immune system. I am currently taking the following:

Multivitamin - x 1
Vitamin c x 1
Vitamin B-complex x 1
Omega 3 fish oil x 1
Magnesium x 1
 
Off hand I don't see anything that screams interaction. I'm sure someone else knows better.

I'm not a big advocate for supplements, at least in their current forms, but I think adding vitamin C would be good, as well. Take it multiple times daily as your body excretes it rapidly. Some recommend every 3 hours or less we should be taking in vitamin C, but I don't know.

Magnesium might be good to take, but our digestive tracts aren't great at absorbing it from supplements. Best way to get magnesium by supplementation is through an oil that's applied to the skin. So I hear.

If taking all those supplements I'd also recommend upping your vitamin E intake. Just instinct saying so. A guess. Vitamin C and E work well together as antioxidants, and it alone can contribute to greater energy. Nuts are great for this if you can eat them, or avocados. But it's also well tolerated as a supplement, like C.

It may help other, more knowledgeable people on this subject, if you tell us why you are taking these?

UPDATE:

i take all of the following in one day.

2400mg of fish oils and omega 3

500mg of L-Tyrosine

800mg of folic acid

200 iu of vitimine E

400mg of brahmi

1000 iu of vitamin D3

250mg of magnesium

2000mg of vitamin c

1600mg of turmeric

100mg of vitamin b6 and 500mg of vitamin b12

4 organic spirulina & chlorella pills they don't have a dosage

Alpha brain by onnit labs (it has various supplements in it so im not going to list them)

and the newest to the stack Citicoline also known as cdp choline i take 500mg
a day.

and that's it let me know if i should add or remove anything from the stack thanks guys.

what are your training for or is this just a general health stack. also are you male or female, because there is a big difference as to what you should be taking based on age, and gender as well as specif goal. It is not a great stack but its not bad either, with out more info I cant really suggest the removal or addition of any thing. fire back yoru stats and your goal and I am sure that you will get more help.
 
i'm a 18 y/o male and i'm taking them to try to get my mental state i used to have back, i have had this metal fog and
just haven't felt myself for years but after i started taking these they have seemed to help me alot as well as me meditating, eating
healthy drinking nothing but spring water and exercising when i can. but i'm still not in that state of mind i had when i was 13-15
i'm still not myself.
 
Hi op have you by any chance used drugs that might have contributed to the brain fog?
 
well swim used molly for a week straight a few times and it got him depressed so he quit. but he had brain fog before that
he smoked weed since he was 12 and he thinks it might have got to him when he reached 16 because he smoked it often
and it was all high grade he quit when he was 18 about 3 months ago but before that he slacked down and only smoking it occasionally
after he quit and started using vitamins and meditating allot of the brain fog had went away but he still has brain fog and he feels
as though he wont ever be able to get rid of it.
 
No need to use swim hun we don't use swim on bl. If you are already exercising and taking supplements then keep doing what you are doing and as I understand you still ocassionally smoke marijuana? If so just lay it off completely have faith in the power of the brain to heal!
