Lol, I'm not gonna lie. I'll smoke res if I get desperate enough, but it's not like, "Oh, I just smoked the last bowl of my stash, time to get scrapin." It's usually only if I'm broke and know I won't be able to pick up for at least a few days, more often weeks. Sure it's "nasty, brutish and short" (as Thomas Hobbes might say), but it's enough to pull you out of a bad mood, and the mere act of smoking can relieve stress.

...that being said, this dude must be a troll, or I'm an unkey's muncle.

Umm...no. I think you are the only person in the world who prefers it to actual pot. I used to smoke resin when I ran out, but it certainly does not taste better or burn easier...and although it's technically an opinion I'm gonna say its fact.

Nothing against the OP here, because I'm sure everyone here has done it before, whether they are going to admit it or not. To save on grossness factor, I'm at the point where if desperate, I'll just scrape the resin in the bowl portion, not the inside of the pipe...those bowls in the pics don't look too resinated though.
 
bowl blackness at least has more actives in it due to being the part the smoke immediately cakes.
often times it still has chunks of nugs stuck in it.

but still, something i never do.

im sure the OP didnt set out to cause an argument but in all honesty its deserved.
