How to track your period?

i don't know how to track my period and does the brown stuff mean am still on my period pls help and if this is on the wrong place pls tell me where to put it thanks

It happens about every four weeks. Google it.
 
When I was 11 and first got my period it was usually brown, not red.
And yes, when it's stuff other than blood it's not always red.

blue ice angel, your period should occur monthly. Some people however get it every 3 weeks or 6 weeks, but I'm sure yours will most likely be every 4 weeks.
On the day you get your period, mark it down on a calendar. You should get your period around the same time every month.
For the first few years of your cycle though it may be irregular, that's normal.
 
Birth control would help you regulate it. I ovulate irregularly so birth control helps my periods be more consistent. For example, I use the NuvaRing. You keep it in for 3 wks and take it out for one. When I take it out I start my period and when I put a new one in my period stops. Same thing with the pill.
