If you're talking about SF selection, all hopefuls will be expecting a constant beasting. Just don't be a bully. If you're talking about continuation training, or regular training once in the unit, they'll expect to be trusted more, given that they have to some extent proved their motivation.

all of it is conducted. selection is lulzy. The assaulter course is grueling, in unit training is intense but far less formal.

that wastes everyones time. mine, because I have to deliver the content regardless, and theirs, as they have been sent on orders and have to go thought the motions regardless.

and they might be good troops with that extra effort on the staffs part, which would deny us a good member from our own laziness.
