I live in Southern Ca and I wouldn’t want him to get too hot, but truth be told I live in A/C for at least 5-6 months of the year so he would be comfortable.

No, I honestly have no idea. Darvie was mentioning that some dogs wear boots during inclement weather so I wondered if Gabe had any nifty cold weather footwear !

You can go to your security settings and make it so only people you follow can send you a DM. This would be the only setting I could think of that might help, although of course there are pitfalls in that that might make it harder to get a hold of you. But if it's bothering you that much you could do that.
