How to preload and question...?

Ok, I need full infomation, I know there are other links but they aren't that good. What is 5-HTP and all that shit, liquid form, how long before my roll do I take it. What other stuff can I do to make the roll better and longer? How does it make the roll better? I mean what difference does it have? Any other infomation. Also how much is it all and where can I buy it...I live in melbourne so walmart is not an option...? THANKS
