Opioids How to move from sniffing oyxmorphone to taking it orally

Can anyone share how they have moved from taking a drug nasally to taking it orally? Oxymorphone ER has a bioavailability of 30-40% when sniffed; but only 10% when taken orally. I am tapering and want to eventually be off of the oxymorphone entirely. I think the experience would be similar to anyone who sniffed H and then moved to taking opiates, like oxycodone with the goal of decreasing the addictive quality of oxymorphone.
