I love rice.

.
Japanese rice seasoning called furikake (comes in many different flavors like salmon, egg, seaweed etc).
Salmon (sake) flakes (comes in a jar and just pour on rice)
Natto (fermented beans + shoyu and hot mustard)
Ochazuke (seasoning similar to furikake, add fish and/or seaweed, then pour hot water) - like rice soup?
Nori (seaweed). Flavored seaweed is always better!

Korean seaweed is salty and Japanese seaweed is like teriyaki flavor (soy sauce and sugar).
Just fish and rice is always yummy (add shoyu). With salmon you can add mayonnaise too!
Onigiri is like a rice ball (put water and salt on your hands and form a ball, triangle, etc) wrapped in nori (furikake optional) with a fish or ume (plum) center.
Fried rice is always easy to make with leftovers. Little bit of oil and add meat, kamaboko (fish cakes), cabbage, egg, green onion, corn, pineapple, etc.
