Hi

I take dhc daily mostly at work lol. Just wondered if I can take anything else along side it to increase the opiate buzz. I can get xannax and tramadol I only take 100mgs throughout the day I've heard antihistamines increase the effects but is that just the sedative effects?

Thanks

Grapefruit juice potentiates most opiates but I'm not sure if DHC is one of them. I don't like to take antihistamines with opiates because, for me, it dulls the euphoria and makes them a lot more sedating, and the anti-emetic effect is useless for me because I don't get opiate nausea.

Im guessing your DHC is continuous release? (Or maybe all DHC is?) Im not too sure...

Anyway what i do to get the most out of DHC is crush and and grind it up into as fine a powder as possible and then eat it, well swallow it, washed down with a decent tasting drink.

I take anti-histamines (50mg Diphenhydramine) just to counteract the itchiness or you could try a 2nd generation antihistamine like certirizine which would take care of the itch without causing any of the anti-cholinergic side-effects of 1st generation antinhistamines (Diphenhydramine, Promethazine etc)

Xanax or any Benzo will potentiate the effects somewhat (Well at least increase sedation) but unless your tolerant to DHC + Benzos this is usually not advised.

Stay safe.
