Hey all,

I was just wondering if there was a way I could get my clonazepam and or dexedrine prescriptions in the original blisters or boxes

Is this possible?

Your meds should come in the original packaging anyway - how are you getting them ?

If there not in the original packaging tell your doctor or tell the pharmacy (I know that some pharmacies will buy a load of generic pills - give you them and therefore make a higher profit etc.)

Yeah,I was going to ask the OP what country he/she is from because in the US pills usually come in bottles of 500 or so and they just fill the scripts out of those, giving you the platic bottles with the label that has your name, dose, quantity, dosing instructions, prescriber,RX number etc....I've heard it's different in some Eurpean countries and other places. The exception was samples given at the doctor's office that came in boxes of blister packs but I haven't seen those in a long time. But really what's the difference as long as you get the right pills in the right ammount. If you question the vaidity of the medication,Google has an excellent pill idenification wizard that lets you serch by color, shape, imprint, name of drug, manufacturer etc....They even show clear pictures for just about every generic manufacturer and give any other pertinant information.

Yea I do live in the US... damn :/ ive seen blister packs of 'Rivotril' (SP?) from another country that contained like 20 tablets... I get 60 tablets of teva clonazepam per month and 60 tablets of teva dexedrine per month.

EDIT: Its really the fact that I dont like having many prescription bottles... I would rather have a blister pack where its clear and obvious how much I have taken and they are sealed in a closed air environment. Mainly I just think it looks cool :P

You know, there are plenty of over-the-counter medicines that will get you high as a kite... that is, if you go back to the pharmacy and jump over-the-counter to get them ;)

Seriously though, I don't know why this matters but if you buy 10 or so at a time and your source knows you, you should be able to get them in original packs. It would be more trouble than it's worth to cut pills if that's what you're worried about.

Hutch1: Agreed. Mainly for if you get searched. If the name on your ID doesn't match the name on the bottles, you're fucked. Also thin plastic packs are easier to hide than bottles. And I would know about hiding things. I've become amazing at that art =D

Many pharmacies here (Canada) will give you multiple prescriptions in blister packs as pill organizers, to help you know you took your dose already. It has to be requested though. Do US pharmacies do that? Would that make you happy even though it isn't original packaging?

Yes they're called DISPILLS and are exactly the same as yours. I travel to Canada several months every year so I often fill scripts there.

Not exactly blister packs but back when I was prescribed Dexedrine 180 pills a month the pharmacist usually gave them to me in 2 original manufacturer bottles containing 100 tablets each, after removing 20 pills from one. She slapped the dosage stickers directly on those containers. Loved them with the ominous DEA warnings and prominent Schedule II Controlled Substance in big bold characters with more menacing regulatory gibberish written in very tiny characters right underneath it Carrying those bottles in the car made me feel vaguely guilty fer cris'sakes.
